Various handmade things

Here are some things I've made in the past weeks.

A quilt for my friends baby; I saw the fabric in a store in Paris and knew it would be perfect for the project.  The photos don't give you a true feel for the beauty of the fabric.

An oblong pouch; I had to try out the tutorial from a previous post again.

A custom-designed brooch

My quilt is still in progress and next time I'll show two square that have been log-cabin stitched.

You've been busy. I love love love the oblong pouch. One of these days i will attempt your tutorial. I hope all is well and that you enjoyed Paris....
