Apologies; I am still not sewing (no time) and have been behind with writing posts. This is just a quick one to share a nice recipe for rhubarb drink (tried and tested) with you. It tasted really fresh and good so had to share it.
Ingredients for ca 500 mls
500g rhubarb
400g sugar
1 lemon
200 ml water
- Wash rhubarb and chop into small (ca 4 cm) pieces
- Add water and sugar to a pot and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
- Add rhubarb and lemon juice and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally
- Strain mixture through a sieve and transfer into a tightly sealed bottle.
- Once cool, store in the fridge Serving: Dilute to taste with sparking water (or lemonade or sekt) and serve chilled with ice.

Where have you been? I've missed you! I have yet to do the ABC's about me. :(

So glad to have you back in the blogging world, Aima! That drink sounds delicious. I'll have to pick up some rhubarb the next time I go out to the farmer's market.
